Manchester City’s winning streak is over after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Southampton on Saturday.

Walker-peters gives the Saints an early lead, finishing excellent team move to give Southampton a fine start

City dominated much of the first-half but slowly started to create chances and finally managed to level things up in the 65th minute as Aymeric Laporte powered in Kevin De Bruyne’s pinpoint delivery.

Pep Guardiola’s side took chance to turn things up as they twice hit the post and had a potential penalty decision go against them but were unable to find the winner.

The Cityzens have still stretched their lead at the top to 12 points but have now given Liverpool and Chelsea the chance to make up some ground in the title race in their fixtures tomorrow.
