Again, Sen. Ndume gets another appointment at 10th Senate

Sen. Mohammed Ali Ndume, senator representing Southern Borno at the upper chamber has become the deputy chairman, senate committee on appropriations.

He was named on Tuesday by Sen. Godswill Akpabio, the senate president during plenary at the red chamber.

According to the senate president, Sen. Olamilekan Adeola will serve as the chairman of the committee.

Sen. Akpabio also said the appropriations committee was quickly set up in anticipation of any supplementary budget.

Few days ago, Sen. Ndume became the chief whip of the 10th Senate.

Sen. Ndume was the chairman, senate committee on army in the 9th Senate.

5. National Security and Intelligence — Shehu Buba Umar (chairman), Asuquo Ekpenyong (deputy)

6. Legislative Compliance — Garba Musa Maidoki (chairman), Ede Dafinone (deputy)

7. Media — Adeyemi Adaramodu (chairman), Salisu Shuaibu Afolabi (deputy).
