In a statement, the Chairman said “As you are all aware, taxes are imposed to redistribute income and resources to support socioeconomic development of our young state. As such, entities working, earning and posting profit in Gombe State are expected to pay statutory taxes and levies in accordance with the provisions of the Gombe State Revenue Codification and Consolidation Law (2021).”

The Chairman urges on the good people of Gombe State and corporate entities to ensure they operate responsibly by paying their taxes, levies, fees, fine, rates and penalty whichever that is applicable.
